Dr. David Moore PH.D. TH., a spirit-filled husband and father and is the founder, senior pastor, and apostolic leader of True Life Ministries International Inc., located in Guthrie, Oklahoma. He has also developed a transitional facility called True Life House for the purpose of housing and
reintegrating former inmates, namely registered sex offenders who have no place
to go.
Rev Carrie Moore is a Spirit Filled Native American and is an Anointed Preacher and Teacher of God's Word. She Works with her husband Dr. David Moore in leading True Life Ministries International to a greater work in the Lord giving Him all Glory and Honor and Praise.
